Very easy to use, works very well. It knows when the trailer brake wire is disconnected, which helped me track down a bad connection in my truck's wiring harness. It's small and not particularly noticeable. I wish the screen could be programmed to turn off completely. Or a power button wouldn't hurt. A little annoying at night when nothing is being towed, but I can dim the screen to a reasonable level. I also wish it had an ambient light sensor to automatically adjust the screen brightness. The screen can change colors, but some of them flicker constantly, which limits color choices if you don't want to see a flickering screen. In addition, some screen colors don't even come close to matching the color on which they are displayed. But these are minor things and don't really affect the work, which is very good. The manual control is very convenient and easy to adjust.
