Review on PracticeExpress by Tay Tran

The ability for us (a small law firm)to be able use it from anywhere with ease of access,and having someone who can help you navigate through anything that may come up along your way was great! It did take some getting used too but once we got there I think everyone will have no problem using this program as well!! Nothing in particular really comes across while working here at our office because everything works so good. We haven't had any problems yet when trying out different programs within praciseexpress. ! Make sure if they don’t give ya all options or are not very knowledgeable about things like billing etc make them aware before signing contracts. !! They do offer other software systems such has QuickBooks which gives more customization/control over bills paid ect.. It's a great product that can be used by both solo or multi-practitioner practices. There are some features that seem like they could use improvement, but overall it's been a positive experience for our team. We've seen increases in efficiency when using Practice Express as well as some new revenue opportunities. The software is easy to learn, and we were able to get our staff up and running fairly quickly. It has also helped us streamline our billing process.
