I love this camera. Installed with no problems, plug and play. It has good picture quality, good sound and fits my monitor perfectly. What makes this camera amazing is that I've spent the last 7 months using a Logitech webcam which has skyrocketed my computer's CPU and RAM usage when using it with Microsoft Teams or Zoom. I was the only person on every call who didn't have a picture, and I'm really tired of explaining that using my webcam causes my computer to freeze - but that will happen, start the webcam in Zoom, Teams etc... and for 1 minute I couldn't do anything except move the mouse. I've done all troubleshooting, updated and downgraded drivers, and made other changes that others think work. Nothing. So I desperately decided it was probably not my computer (it's 1 year old), not my internet (I doubled its speed when my wife and I worked from home) and it wasn't the software. Anyway, I plugged it in and it was immediately recognized by Win 10 and I was able to fully participate in a video conference for the first time in 7 months. I've uploaded pictures to show how it looks and some of the features. + Stands stable on the monitor. + Is recognized by Win 10 immediately. + The tripod is easy to set up, align and use with the camera. + Includes lens cap. + The lens cap is not attached but comes with adhesive tape on the back if you want to permanently attach it to your camera. Mine fits the camera lens snugly and I don't see the need to glue it (but you can if you want).
