I haven't skate in years probably since I went to the roller rink and yes I date myself lol. Now that the younger ones are at a more coordinated age, I figured it might be a good idea to get back into inline skating, especially since I enjoy it more than biking around the lake. I liked the look, the color scheme, and the fact that all skates are adjustable for a comfortable fit. They are quite comfortable once worn and the adjustable straps and foot box itself mean they really support my aching ankle. (at my age there is always a sore ankle/knee) and it doesn't seem to me that it will fail halfway. The brakes are also top notch, easy to use and in the right position for efficient stops. Plus, buying a set is a lot cheaper than renting one every time the rink reopens in town. It's also nice that it comes with a tool to replace and adjust some of the screws that may have worn out.
