Bought a 150 grit Norton wheel combined with a 60 grit that the adapter sleeve will solve the problem on the new wheel but that is not the case. The wobble with the plastic bushing that came with the wheel was no worse than the machined bushings. It was possible to minimize the wobble by using tape on the inside of the wheel where the wobble was directed inward toward the pickup shoe. There are many carpenter websites that describe methods of dealing with wobble. I have no doubt that the steel hub will reduce or eliminate lateral wobble for some, but not for me. I leave the sleeve as it can hold up better over time than the plastic sleeves.
