Their customer service is one of their best features! They're always willing to answer questions or assist in any way they can when it comes to printing products for my eCommerce store.

I dislike that there are no other options available if something goes wrong (ie printer jams). It's just not worth switching over from another provider because nothing else compares with how smooth this experience has been thus far. Printing out product photos and making it easier for our clients/customers to see what we offer before purchasing them through us.
