I like how easy it was to create my own custom reports, customize work orders etc. Also that you can use your favorite database (SQL Server/ Oracle) instead of using ODBC which will make things easier when migrating from other tools such as MS Project or Navisworks. It's not so user friendly if working with multiple users in different locations at once - we had issues where they would all have access even though one person didn't need them. We were able to solve this by having each client set up his account separately but then there are some limitations around sharing project files between clients. If you're looking for something affordable & simple yet powerful than unitspro fits the bill perfectly! Managing our entire fleet of equipment across several sites has been made much simpler due to its ability to track everything down to individual assets.
