At around $1.46 per base as of March 2016, it's pretty hard to beat this offering. Revain made me bite when they sent me one of those "Based on your purchase history you may also be interested" one. and we all know how the rest of the story unfolds. I have purchased a few other Tekton tools in the past and have been very happy with their value. Now I must be officially old because I love heads that are laser engraved on the sides. Sometimes I'm luckier when deciding on a date with Olivia Wilde than reading the tiny, barely legible stamps on the sides of the nest. The inscriptions on these sockets are large and easy to read. The sockets come in a very nice case. I usually throw cases away, but I plan on keeping these. I had a problem with the 7mm jack. The hole was improperly machined (or punched, or whatever the bells are) and measured 10mm. It was obvious that the socket was not bueno. I hate to say it, but if this Rosette was born into a Spartan family, this cute little baby from Rosette would be left to the wolves to eat. Anyhow, I went to the Tekton website and used their online warranty claim service to report my issue and was quickly contacted by their Tool Solutions grandmaster (Dave) who promptly sent me a replacement. If you ever wonder how good their warranty/customer service is, that's great. I am impressed. As for the connectors themselves, I've used them a few times on front suspension work and they've worked great. I'm not a professional mechanic so I don't know how they will hold up in daily use in a professional workshop but for my purposes I have no doubt they will last for many years." How can this guy give this product 5 stars give if his socket goes bad? This guy smokes bat guano!" Those sockets are of great value. A similar set of tool trolleys will cost you almost ten times as much. I had a bad one and got a replacement set with no problem. They do what they are supposed to do and they work well. In my book, that's a solid five stars.
