It's terrible
This is the manufacturer's recommendation for cleaning my new glass-top electric range. Doesn't work very well. Very streaks and you have to polish forever to get rid of them. It's no worse than what he's doing. It's supposed to protect the finish, but it burns and scorches the glass the next time you use it, and you're rubbing your ass trying to get rid of it. Absolutely useless. Thrown away. This material actually makes things stick to your glass surface.
