Ordered this adapter for our 2014 Dodge 3500 Long Bed Columbus 385BH fifth wheel. came quickly Very well built. Good thing there is a key. The only issue we had was that the bolts were metric and the nuts were standard so they didn't work with each other. We also bought shorter neckless bolts. Our fifth wheel didn't have an access point, so we had to buy a 1 1/2" round bit to access the nuts. Make sure you have a wrench that fits the nuts (it does the tightening of everything much easier). The included caps needed superglue to hold them in the drilled holes. The instructions were good and should follow next. I wish there was a better way so we didn't have to cut 4 holes in the fifth wheel, but the hubcaps look clean. Make sure you have a strong 9/16" bit to go through the steel. And don't skimp on the 1 1/2" round bit. Keep the drill at a low level to avoid damaging your teeth.
