Using this wrist trainer, our team found that our swing improved significantly .It`s easy to use and compact enough to bring to the golf course. The resistance levels are adjustable, MAKING it great for beginners or advanced players. However, the strap could be a bit more secure for those with smaller wrists. Overall, we highly recommend this product for anyone looking to improve their golf game..
