That does not work. Dangerous false alarms

I have had several first alert products and have had problems with all of them. It's less than a year old and I just got a false alarm and couldn't turn it off. I had to tap with a hammer to stop the noise. This is dangerous! If you can't trust your fire alarm, then what do you do! I will not buy any other product, first warning. You must be ashamed! I will do everything in my power to ensure that others do not endanger themselves with your products.
