I like that it provides an easy way for providers in remote locations or with limited access to see my patient's records, as well as allowing me to view patients' information when they are far away from their normal office location (i.e., out-of-state).

The system has not been without issues - but those can be overcome if you know what your doing! It would help tremendously if there were more resources available to assist users who need assistance getting started using this software. We use it primarily to keep our provider network up to date regarding medical history documentation and scheduling purposes. This allows us at least some level of continuity between practices which helps prevent gaps in care within our organization.
