I bought a Monroe Reflex for my 2001 GMC Yukon SLE. I had 150,000 miles on my OEM suspension so needless to say they really should have it. originally bought the AC Delco brand which Revane says fits my SUV. They were about half the price of those Monroes and alas; half consolation. The reality is you get what you pay for in shocks. While Delco's air conditioners were, in fairness, a minor upgrade from my well-worn OEMs, the problem was that you could feel every stone on the road. God forbid you hit a pothole and the whole car will bounce around everywhere. Monroe Reflex is really great. They offer an OEM suspension feel with a focus on ride comfort. Easily overcomes all bumps. If someone is looking for better handling then you will probably want to take a look at the Bilstein as they tend to be more comfort oriented. Highly recommend if you want a smooth ride.
