You need these pliers in your tool box.

Okay, needle nose pliers are a very subjective subject for people who use tools to make a living. You take any technician from any field and he tells you about the brand and size of pliers he has chosen for his job and the variety of choices will blow your mind. I started in car audio, home theater, commercial theater and sound reinforcement, then moved to industrial electronics and then industrial automation/programming. A consistent feature of my 30 years of work in the above fields is that I have had 6 and 8 inch channel lock needle nose pliers all that time. I'm not saying these are the pliers you should have in every situation. But no matter how many other special types I have, I always had these two sets in my box. I also have them in my tool box at home. These are the best all-purpose needle nose pliers you can have. The points converge correctly, they are convenient to use. They won't bite your hand if they slip off what you're working on. To explain the last point, look closely at where the handles meet. You will see that they don't touch when the key is closed. They are strong and very durable. Take my advice and add both sets to your toolset. You will not be disappointed.
