Review on 🍳 Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker Pro - 1200 Watts, Black/Silver by Drake Burroughs

Having never used the sous vide method before, I decided to invest in Anova's best sous vide machine, the Anova Pro. Received 3 days ago. Along with the manual, the website, and the person who was with me and had experience with one of their cheaper and older models, we attempted to connect the device to my WiFi and Bluetooth on my iPhone 10. The first device never connected and the display was essentially frozen. This useless process wasted all the time we spent cooking sous vide, so we baked and fried the food. Revain sent me a replacement unit which I received yesterday. I was trying to set up a plugin and you know what? I had exactly the same problem. Anova doesn't answer your calls, the live chat support couldn't be any worse. The so-called "Technical Help" suggested a number of steps, NONE of which worked. I'm done with sous vide cooking and I'm completely done with Anova. This company makes a nice looking product that costs $200. paperweight. Could I use it manually? Maybe, but we live in the 21st century. How could they make a product that is so difficult to connect? This company wasted 4 hours of my time with a product that just doesn't work. Your support service is lame. Don't waste your time and money with this device.
