I was skeptical at first about some of the bad reviews I read but took a chance based on other 5 star reviews. and considered that consumers are more than likely to complain about the slightest mistake and leave bad reviews. I knew I was buying a used phone, it comes with territory. Not every item will be perfect. My biggest fear was that all I needed was a working, working, unlocked phone. As the title says, that's exactly what I got. I checked the hardware and found no error. Battery, speakers, buttons and everything is functional. This phone comes from a reliable source and we trust it. They also offer a guarantee and return policy. It's a win-win situation. Cosmetically it has minor abrasions around the perimeter and 2 minor scratches along the hairline and screen that are not noticeable. All cosmetics mentioned are reasonable and expected. If you want a new phone, pay a NEW price. Want 8.5-9.0 out of 10 for 1/3 the price of new, buy this.
