Review on πŸ”§ ACDelco FW346 GM Front Wheel Hub and Bearing Assembly – Original Equipment with Speed Sensor and Studs by Eddie Breezy

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Fits in replacement parts as expected

Fits perfectly. Suggest you get a fender as well as I damaged my guard while taking out the old bearing. I live in the northern US where we get rust from all the road salt. My car has 150,000 km. It took about an hour's work with some chisels to dig up the old bearing. That crushed my fender. I also replaced the three bearing mounting bolts with new Dorman assemblies. The new bearing fitted perfectly and eliminated the bearing noise I was having. The bearing started to loosen and I started wearing down the inside edge of the tires. I could live with that noise, but the tires are expensive and I don't want to wreck a $500 set of tires to avoid a $200 (approx) bearing change. I did a post install alignment to make sure everything was set up.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Some bugs
