I gave two stars because my situation is a bit unusual, but for us it was DOA. The bolt recognized the EVSE, but as soon as charging started (the relay clicked on the EVSE), the EVSE reported a "leakage current". It connects to a 208V three-phase circuit with 2 of the 3 phases. The borrowed Mustart device worked perfectly. I sent this unit back and, in order not to waste time, switched to Mustart. I stumbled across this review early on when Kohn's team got in touch to see if they could diagnose the unit (unfortunately it had already been returned by Revain).
