BBQ Go is an excellent value instant read thermometer and is less expensive than some instant read competitors. The performance of the BBQGO compares favorably to more expensive instant read thermometers at a fraction of the initial cost. I recently tested it with my 6 sensor InkBird IBT-6XS and got similar results. BBQ Go also has a hold button, magnetic backing for easy placement on some nearby instruments, and can be easily calibrated. It's slightly smaller and lighter than other models I've used and uses a removable CR1632 lithium battery instead of an internal rechargeable lithium battery. However, for a fraction of the price of other devices, this is an excellent and very powerful device.
