but overall this 2004 expedition is fine - they are not in perfect condition.

ok. This is clearly not a Ford factory part. This mirror appears to be more convex than the previous one, so it's a little warped, but overall it's fine for this 2004 expedition - not quite in perfect condition these days! I would probably order this mirror again if it broke given the low price.
