Earlier this year I bought a $200 anchor to use as a spare when we beached our boat. Because it was a heavy deep-water anchor, it was towed to and from the boat by PITA. It also didn't work that well on the beach due to being towed by a boat on windy/wavy days. Then, when my son injured his leg accidentally stepping on an old anchor while chasing his sister, I decided to look for another option. Someone mentioned the WavesRx anchor on a boat forum, I liked the idea and decided to give it a try. I also saw that they sold a bungee anchor line and got both. Lightweight, easy to install (one foot on it), very satisfied!
