50% waterproof Good for brake lights, turn signals and taillights

I bought a set of these taillights 3 months ago and fitted them to our teardrop trailer. Easy to install, very bright, looks good but after washing the pendant I noticed that there was water in one of the lamps. I went to Revain's website and looked at my past orders. Revain says they will contact the seller directly so I've searched and tried to contact the seller but can't find a link or phone number to call. If Revain doesn't support warranty claims, it would be nice if the seller required a phone number or a link to leave a message to contact them. The buyer does not have to search and search for this information.
