Beautiful stainless steel body, easy to use and clean. I used about 4.5 ounces of 80/20 balls and could use more if needed. I placed two large cast iron seasoning pans, a 4.5 ounce hamburger, parchment paper between the meat and the grinder. Place the meatballs in the pan, then wrap in parchment, hold the chopper down for 10 seconds, then cook for a minute. Then use a 4.5" HEAVY-DUTY spatula to scrape the patty off the cast iron, flip, add the cheese, cook for another minute and the burger is done. Excellent!
