According to Revain, that doesn't match the 2013 Equinox, well, they're wrong.

Matches Equinox 2013. If you're a techie you won't have a hard time installing. If you're not a techie then I suggest installing it for you at the store. You will need 3 top cover/manifold studs with nuts or bolts with nuts welded to the cat flange.
