Equinox 2010 good for parts

Bought for my daughter's car. She didn't have the money for a factory cat so I ordered one after reading the reviews. Welds cracked after 500 km. So disappointed

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Good but not great

All these woodchucks say it broke blah blah after a week.

My Captiva has had "it doesn't fit" for over a month. Everything is OK. Besides that I'm a lathe operator these clowns say it wasn't welded properly and broke! I say BS! DO NOT BE AFRAID. And no, I don't work for the Chinese

Pros
  • Easy to read front panel
Cons
  • Replacement availability

2012 GMC Terrain in Catalytic Converters

The website says this doesn't fit the 2012 GMC Terrain but if it is perfect. I have driven about 500 km since the installation. Code p0420 no longer appears. The machine is very quiet and runs very smoothly. However, there are no screws attached to the manifold in the kit. So I would advise you to buy this before replacing the part. Overall I am very happy with this part and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to save money on an OEM factory priced catalytic converter, this one will

Pros
  • Sturdy Construction
Cons
  • Upgrade Availability

Seems to be of decent quality. No top flange!

This replacement catalytic converter seems to be of decent quality. Everything was perfect during installation. My only concern is that the factory cat uses studs for the top flange bolts and this one has bolt holes. If it came with the 3 necessary nuts and bolts that would be great, but it doesn't. Even better, if the holes were the same size and tapped to accommodate the original studs, the job would be a breeze. You will need nuts and bolts to complete the job as there are only 2 bolts forโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Some nuance
