I've been using C3 for a little over three months. I have tried different lubricants for my road bike over the years; some popular, others lesser known. I average about 150 miles a week and diligently clean my chain once a week. I ride in the Rocky Mountains but I rarely ride in bad weather as I'm not on the bike December through February and don't want to risk thunderstorms/lightning during my riding months. When it comes to cleaning, my chain and cassette have always been very dirty, no matter the riding conditions. C3 fat changed that. I still clean once a week but the chain and cassette are much cleaner now. I could probably clean every week or maybe every third week, but I really like a clean bike. This lube is fantastic. Expensive, yes, but worth every penny IMHO. BTW, instead of using the included light I just take a marker and put a vertical line on the chain link where to start the lube, apply a drop to each link and then stop when the mark becomes circular. The label disappears after a ride.
