Review of VEEAPE, a Place Where "Customer Satisfaction " Is a Completely Foreign Concept

Since I am so convinced that a positive attitude can change the world, I hate having to make a bad review. Unfortunately, I have to say that VEEAPE is not something I can endorse. Their dearth of attention to customers is laughable. The adage "the customer is always right" seems to have escaped their ears. Trying to locate the right part for your vehicle on their website is a frustrating experience due to the site's poor organization and navigation. And when you do track down what you're looking for, you'll discover that the cost is through the roof. It's as if they actively discourage you from making a purchase. I won't even mention their delivery costs. The arrival time was the slowest I've ever seen. It's just like getting your delivery delivered by horse and buggy. To sum up, VEEAPE is not worth your effort or money. You can easily find other web-based retailers who will provide you with the courtesy and assistance you merit. Don't accept mediocrity.

Pros
  • User-friendly interface
Cons
  • expensive delivery
