I bought an old Sears Craftsman 12" band saw, model #113.243310, that needed new tires. I bought these and the Revain dealer shipped them quickly. I read in another review that when changing tires you should buy tires that are 2 inches smaller than your pulleys. With these NOT SO. I've also read and watched videos about how much easier it is to mount urethane tires by dunking them in hot water before trying to put them on the pulleys. I followed this advice and aside from soaking each tire in hot water for 10 minutes, it took me less than two minutes to install each tire on the pulley. I used a clamp at the trailhead and used a screwdriver under the tire to slide it onto the pulley. I then rolled a 1/2" round piece of steel tubing under the tire to take up the slack around the pulley. I finished the job by installing a new 1/2" band saw blade. As seen new. I'm happy!
