I had a Whistle 3 for my girls and loved them - no kidding I've saved their lives a few times since they became masters were fleeing and we are in the mountains. Without the whistle they would never have been found. So I figured I was just upgrading for battery life and feature gains - a terrible mistake. Apparently the network has changed because I now have ZERO live tracking capabilities and it continues to give me false escape alerts - it says they're on the block if they literally land on me. So I contacted customer service, chatted with Catelyn C. She informed me that there is absolutely nothing they can do about it, they will not let me exchange for a Whistle3, do not allow refunds/service fee refunds, nothing. They basically told me I'm SOL. Absolutely shocked at the amount of money I spent on this company. I will spend the extra money on Garmin.
