It's really difficult to determine how well an engine air filter is working. I'm in a not particularly dusty environment, so I don't see much buildup on my filters. I change them quite often, maybe more than I need to - cleaner air means better fuel efficiency. What I can appreciate about the filter is its suitability; it's cozy and perfect. I am absolutely certain that my engine is not getting unfiltered air. Added information: I was advised that I did not provide any information about my vehicle. I have a 2014 Honda CR-V EX-L 2WD.
