Loud fan noise is disappointing

The first showed up with a completely shattered windscreen, it was scattered all over the floor and could hurt someone. The replacement was good. Set up is easy and it looks great. Unfortunately, the fan running in heating mode is incredibly loud and rattling. It's in my bedroom so it's very disappointing. For the price, I'd say it's just "ok," but expect a lot of fan noise that spoils any quiet crackling effect it might otherwise have.
