This is a fantastic product that keeps my husband and I connected to our children and grandchildren across the United States! It was a little tedious to set up the first time, but Vialta's customer support was very helpful. Then it is very easy to use. The video quality can be a bit erratic when the little ones move excessively (like demonstrating their karate moves), but it makes up for it by being able to see our family live. The grandchildren (2,500 miles away) were able to celebrate their grandfather's birthday and watch him open his gift. We love it!
