Zurora's customer service has never failed me and keeps you guys informed daily

I have been working with zuroracpq for over 3 years now in multiple roles including Salesforce Administrator & Admin Assistant as well Project Manager/Sales Executive which included managing our accounts receivable process from start to finish! The Customer Service team is amazing at helping us navigate any issues that may arise along this journey of implementation AND making sure we are always up-to date regarding changes or new releases coming down the pike!! There isn't anything about it i dislike but if there was something specifically then maybe its best just not being aware when they release updates so all clients who use their product get updated without delay.

We were having problems keeping track off an accounting system (Xero) where invoices could be created by one department member only while others had access via SharePoint Portal - This caused many late payments due into XERO resulting cash flow delays across.
