Incredibly Poor Customer Service

I used to store groceries. It worked decently for a while (the lock is a little sticky) and then I changed the code (followed the instructions) and it wouldn't open again. Now I have a useless plastic box with moldy food in it. What's worse is the customer service - I waited over an hour to speak to someone from SereneLife - only to be told someone would get back to me later in the day - that was 3 days ago.
