Review on 🚴 M-Wave Bicycle Steering Damper in Black – Enhancing Control and Stability by Richard Mangum

Need modding - here's what you can do to make it really work!

I have a large 26" beach cruiser with wide handlebars and fat Kenda tires that aren't good enough to keep it straight. He needs a stronger spring. So I added one. Then the strap began to stretch. So I went to the hardware store, bought black paint and a hose clamp, cut the tape to the exact size to wrap under the clamp, painted the clamp, and then lined it up with the through gap. This allowed me to shorten the travel to a normal level as shown in the picture and prevent my front wheel from side to side drifting. Now it is reliable and works much better. for the price but only if you have a light front wheel and fork with standard tire size and minimal payload. The clip is a little tricky to install and tighten, but once in place it's pretty solid. IF YOU DO NOT ALTER this product and intend to use it on a specific bike, be careful not to tear off the plastic screw that comes with the kit when tightening.
