Review on Memorex 4 7GB DVD 50 Pack Spindle by Josh Koa

I have researched quite a bit about DVD media and I have to tell you that there is a lot of negative information about the Memorex DVD-R. I've used over 350 blank DVD-Rs and about 500 CDs and my success rate is 99%. I had a stand because I decided to buy an optorite DVD burner which was a big mistake. I currently use an NEC dual layer burner and am very happy with these Memorex DVDs. I back up movies all the time and test them on everything from the PS2 to the DVD player and they always work flawlessly. Bottom line: Memorex blanks are worth the investment and I highly recommend them. I am also familiar with nocoasters.com and find that they strongly disagree with some of their recommendations for DVD-r media. After successfully completing nearly 1,000 burns, I believe I've crossed the "simple luck" line.
