Got this fan a few days ago. There was a problem charging. I contacted them and they responded immediately. They sent me a replacement within hours of my email. The best customer service here! After receiving the replacement device, I charged it and it works very well. gotta love this fan! Looks great, the sound is barely audible even at high frequencies. I like variable high and low speeds and it blows cold air, I kept it low. Wireless is also a big plus for me as we have a lot of power outages and live in hot and humid weather. Charging takes about 3.5 hours. You can take this fan anywhere because its size is minimal. I can't say anything bad about this really nice fan.
