I have a 2002 Corolla CE with a 1.8 liter engine and this V411 PCV fits perfectly. It has a 22mm nut instead of a 19mm nut. I bought another PCV that said it would fit, but it was beginning to damage the existing internal threads on the engine. The bad PCV was #045-0333 with a 19mm thread and wrong thread pitch.
