The color code on it may not match the original wiring harness but that doesn't matter, it still works perfectly. I found out that the reason the original failed was that fine dust got into the plastic protective tube of the wire, got wet and then dried out. It essentially became cement, which kept the two small wires inside from bending as the wheels turned, causing them to break. If you drove straight, everything was fine. When making a sharp turn, the anti-lock brake system light came on. I would recommend putting a small bead of RTV sealant where the wires enter the plastic tube to prevent the same thing from happening to them. I did this repair at least two years ago and no problems!
