I think as this actuator can be fitted to many types of vehicles the instructions are very short and to the point, installation instructions can be found elsewhere. I only give this 3 stars because the quality of this product is really cheap. The only place water can get into the drive (which usually kills it) is poorly protected. The rubber boot is either too hard or too short because when checking the actuator before installation, the boot comes off the rod when lifting. Installing it on my 1998 Cobra was a complete headache, but it got the job done. I just hope I don't have to do this again anytime soon.
