I love how easy it is to use, there are many different exercises that you can do at home without having anyone else around! It's also really simple for me because all of my meals come from this app so everything has been pre-planned out ahead before starting each day or week (which helps with sticking).
The only thing about makeme diet which isn't very good in comparison would be some days where i have no motivation/energy left by bedtime but other than those few times its pretty much great :) As long as your not too lazy then making sure u get enough sleep will help keep yourself motivated throughout most workouts since they're quite short anyway haha.
