Review on Powerpet by Joshua Donnis

Powerpet? Power-Not!, if you will.

I've just lately tried Powerpet for the first time, and I have to say that I'm not particularly fond of it. Although it may appear that they have a wide variety of pet supplies, most of it is standard fare and can be found at any pet shop. Boring! And I won't even begin to talk about how expensive they are. I mean, really, who are they to charge more for the exact same brand of generic canine food that everyone else sells? Don't be so serious! Their delivery, however, was the clincher. My order was delayed for no apparent cause, and I waited a very long time for it. No need to thank me, Powerpet. And how is their support staff? Ha! Try not to make me chuckle. When I called to inquire about my order, I was greeted with nothing but disdain and indifference from their customer service reps. Therefore, Powerpet is not the place to search for a trustworthy and reasonably priced online retailer of pet supplies. You can stop feeling duped and upset right now; there are other choices available.

Pros
  • Website that is simple to use.
Cons
  • Delivery dates are too slow.
