I bought the device over 2 months ago and at that time there was no power wiring in my building. I just spent almost $300 of which almost $200 was spent on just wiring my building. I finally tried it today and am very disappointed. I could buy a lot of cutting wheels for the money I spent on this thing, but it doesn't come close to what is advertised. That's why I said be ready to try it when it arrives because now it's too late for me to return it. I also lost a small cup of supplies after trying to make my first cut and apparently there wasn't an extra one in the kit and I have no idea why. Now I have to spend another $40 to see if it cuts anything thinner than what I tried it on. FOLLOW AND READ THE REVIEWS VERY CAREFULLY BECAUSE THE SAME REVIEWS ARE FOR THE 5000 WITH THIS SO YOU MUST READ CAREFULLY TO KNOW WHAT PEOPLE WILL VIEW. This machine does not cut 1/4 inch easily. I tried it with 1/4" and thought I'd already screwed up the tip so I took it out and the round cut shown in the diagram is now missing. I don't remember ever seeing the cup and don't have one I have no idea how she could just disappear. Why they don't give the customer at least two extra consumables on top of the other two extra consumables needed together is beyond me. I've got a bad feeling right now thinking about how much money I spent on this car and it still doesn't do what I imagined.
