I purchased these to keep my small wine cooler from coming open. I have a small wine cooler that I keep kids' drinks and water. The kids sometimes push to t close the fridge, but they don't close it all the way, or it pops open when they push it too hard. This solves this issue. When the door gets pushed closed, it remains closed, and you have to apply a bit of force to open it. Not hard to open, but just enough to keep it secure.
