
This is really good for hard veggies like potatoes or onions, but for a lot of things I feel like the blade isn't sharp enough to cut them , as if you were only using a coarse starch to cut something. Also, when you press the holder to put what you are slicing on the cutting surface, it may shift the part you use to adjust the thickness and end up with uneven slices. But overall it works pretty well. If you are a potato fan, this product is perfect for you.
