Estimated time of arrival: Today, a week after receipt and on the third use, the zip broke and broke. I have returned and am changing my rating to 1 star. for $50 this should last more than a few days. Very convenient. Folds evenly. Ideal for use in the car, especially for long-legged dogs. Pros: Big enough, high enough, easy to fold, easy to store, easy to set up and use. Cons: Badly needs a top zip. Planting a small pet is much easier than on the side. Both end zippers should open from top to bottom, not bottom to top. In other words, the zipper should look like an inverted U, not a U. That would be much more practical. It should also have a longer handle so it can be slung over the headrest to better hold it in place. . I used a short bungee cord to catch the short handle and draped it over the headrest to better secure it to the seat. Basically it's one of those pop up tents/window blinds etc but it's easy to fold and unfold. I love it. I would also recommend getting an inexpensive pad like the one in the drawer to make it more comfortable since the bottom is just a hard surface. Overall this is a very good product although I can't comment on durability as it's brand new to me.
