I've tried various solutions for storing salt in the oven, but Emile Henry's Salt Pig is by far the best. the best I've come across. I like not having to fiddle with the lid of the box and I also really like that the curved design keeps your salt out of the water. It's a little smaller than expected and the white ("floury") version I received doesn't actually say "Émile Henri France" on the front like some of the other colors (I only have the "EH" " icon), but I bought it for the functionality, not the price, so it doesn't bother me.
