Absolutely normal! for heating lamps and terrarium mats

Robust, well made and easy to use. I have two of these for my bearded dragons. I use one for UVA and the other for a ceramic radiant heater. I have a separate long UVB lamp. They are very easy to use as you only have to flip a switch. It gets pretty hot outside so be careful but that's to be expected. The lamp must be purchased separately.
