Bought this stove for home brewing. I understood that 2 kW is not the scale and not the power for a 40-liter alembic, but they bribed the 24-hour timer, the weight, the latest ated model and good reviews. I can immediately say that if in your distillation cube the amount of distilled liquid is in the region of 30 liters or more, then you should not bother with this stove. When I first used it, I installed my 40-liter cube with 36 liters of mash on it and . . I did not notice the difference between gas and it (in time). Gas this cube accelerated faster. The stove dispersed it to the first drops in 1 hour 40 minutes, and to the jet in 2 hours. , despite the fact that on an enameled pan of 4 liters, it showed the result better than a gas stove (12 minutes before boiling on the stove and 18 minutes on a gas burner). I sin on one thing, for my rigidity, the bottom of the cube is not much concave, in the center the distance reaches 9-10 mm. But in general, the plate is cool. Someone asked about a 50-liter cube . . - it will more than withstand. My opinion: If you have distillation cubes up to 30 liters, then you can take this device and not think, if more, then it all depends on time and patience. Ready to accelerate the cube for a long time, please. Now I wouldn’t take it, it would be better to get confused with a heating element or a 3-3.5 kW tile. Thanks to all
